Customer Service FAQs


1. What is the current lead time?

Due to current production and supply chain restraints, our lead time is currently longer than normal. On average, we are currently shipping product within four weeks. However, in some cases, this can increase to upwards of six weeks. As global supply chain delays begin to subside, our lead times will begin to return to normal. We thank you for your patience during this unique time.

2. How do I find the length of a roll?

To calculate the total length of a roll, you will need the core diameter, roll diameter, as well as the paper thickness. Once you have this information, you can visit our roll length calculator to find the length in feet, inches, and meters.

3. How do I order a sample roll?

Ricoh is proud to offer free sample rolls for our customers. All sample rolls are 8.5” x 500’. If you are interested in requesting free sample roll, please visit our sample roll request page.

4. How do I submit a product claim?

In order to process a claim, please be prepared to provide your name, contact information, a brief description of the issue, amount of material, as well as supporting documents such as freight bill(s), roll tag(s) and photo(s) for review. Please visit our customer claim form section to submit this information for review. Alternatively, you can contact our claims coordinator- Deborah Knight at 1-800-843-7058. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns without written consent.

5. Do I have to purchase a master roll?

We are proud to offer our most popular product: N140LA G25 in less than master roll increments. More information regarding available lengths can be found in our Roll-4-UM section. All products outside of N140LA G25 must be ordered by the master roll.

6. What are the lengths of your master rolls?

Our master roll lengths are standardized at 65,000’. If you are looking for product options at less than 65,000’ please visit our Roll-4-U page to learn more about our offerings available for less than master roll length.

7. Do you sell offcut inventory?

Yes! We offer offcut inventory available for purchase. More information as well as a current inventory list can be found on our Surplus Rolls page. Please note that offcut inventory is available on a first come, first served basis. Inventory is not guaranteed until the time of orders.
