Ricoh Run-A-Splice
Ricoh’s innovative Run-a-Splice® technology eliminates the need to resplice, saving direct thermal converters time and money.
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA, July 30, 2026 – Ricoh Electronics Inc., a leader in thermal media technologies for over forty years, is excited to announce its participation in LOUPE Americas 2026, taking place from September 15-17 in Rosemont, Illinois. Attendees are invited to visit Booth 1020 to explore Ricoh’s latest innovations and comprehensive product lineup.

Ricoh will debut several new product families at LOUPE Americas 2026, expanding its portfolio to address evolving sustainability and operational needs in labeling. New introductions include an all-new Direct Thermal Linerless portfolio featuring two distinct constructions. One is engineered with a highly sensitive face stock and permanent adhesive for demanding applications, while the other is designed with a general-purpose face stock and removable adhesive for flexible use cases. These linerless solutions eliminate the need for traditional silicone-coated liners, helping customers reduce waste while improving material utilization and operational efficiency.
Ricoh will also introduce a new family of removable adhesive label products designed for short-term labeling applications. This includes solutions specifically developed for removable tote labeling in retail operations, as well as a removable prescription label engineered to support pharmacy workflows where clean removability is essential. Together, these new product introductions underscore Ricoh’s commitment to developing application-driven thermal media solutions that support both performance and sustainability goals across multiple industries.
“LOUPE Americas is an important opportunity for us to introduce the next additions to our thermal media portfolio,” said Dylan Uboldi, Sales & Marketing Division Manager, Ricoh Electronics, Inc. “From new linerless constructions to removable adhesive solutions designed around specific applications, our focus is on expanding the options available to customers while continuing to support performance, sustainability, and operational efficiency across labeling operations.”
In addition to product showcases, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Ricoh’s team of experts to discuss how these advanced thermal printing technologies can be tailored to meet specific business needs.
