About Us

We are Ricoh Electronics, a leading provider of thermal media products and multi-functional label stock. With over 50 years of experience, our company is committed to providing our customers with  exceptional products and customer service. Based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, we specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of thermal media products that include Direct Thermal Label Stock, Multi-Functional Label Stock, and Thermal Transfer Ribbons. Our state-of-the-art production facilities allow us to offer customized solutions for our customers’ specific needs. Our Leadership

Bill Floor

William “Bill” Floor was appointed President & CEO/CISO of Ricoh Electronics, Inc. on July 11, 2025. In this role, Mr. Floor is responsible for leading the administration of the business affairs and Thermal Media operations of REI. Mr. Floor joined Ricoh in March 2015 as Division Manager of Technical for Toner and Thermal Operations. In May 2022 he was promoted to Assistant General Manager of the Thermal business. He was appointed VP on July 1, 2024. Mr. Floor is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY with a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Masafumi Kumoda

Masafumi Kumoda was appointed General Manager of Ricoh Electronics, Inc. in June 2025. In this role, he oversees business strategy, execution, and organizational management. Mr. Kumoda joined Ricoh in 2004 after earning his Master’s degree in Functional Materials Engineering from Yokohama National University. With over 20 years of experience in media technologies, Mr. Kumoda has held key leadership positions across the Ricoh Group including GM of Business Planning, GM of Marketing, and Leader of New Business Development.
