Office Machine Group (OMG) Purchases and Contacts
Ricoh Electronics Inc. (REI) conducts its
Purchasing through its different groups. OMG typically purchases commodities
to support production of copiers.
These commodities include sheet metal, bulk
plastic for injection molding, electronic components, assemblies, motors,
glass, bearings, hardware items (nuts, bolts, screws, washers, etc.), fans,
casters, pallets, packaging materials (printed boxes, shrink wrap, foam,
protective corners, etc.), plastic bags, wiring harnesses, cables, shafts,
rollers, and various other required products. OMG also purchases MRO
(maintenance, repair and operations) items to support each of its
manufacturing facility.
